Parent & Me Gymnastics (Ages 6-8)

Get ready to flip, jump, and balance together! Our Parent & Me class is the perfect opportunity for young athletes (ages 6–8) and their parent/guardian to learn gymnastics side-by-side in a fun, supportive environment. Together, you'll explore all the major apparatus—floor, bars, beam, and tumble track—while building strength, coordination, and confidence as a team.

Whether you're both brand new to gymnastics or looking for a unique bonding experience, this class offers active learning, quality time, and lots of laughter. No experience necessary—just a willingness to move and have fun!
