Field Trips at Aspire Gymnastics

• Warm-up & Intro
  Our experienced coaches lead a brief group warm-up, introduction to gymnastics, and safety overview.
   
• Station Rotations
  Small groups (each supervised by a coach) rotate through fun, age-appropriate stations featuring:
  • Uneven Bars
  • Balance Beam
  • Floor
  • Tumble track and foam pit — often a favourite! 

• Games & Team Activities
  We layer in gymnastics-themed games (e.g., obstacle courses, parachute play) to boost engagement and teamwork.
   

Our field trips support key physical and developmental goals:

• Enhanced balance, coordination & motor skills
• Strength, flexibility, and agility
• Confidence, discipline, concentration, and body awareness

Included:

• Fully supervised sessions
• Access to all standard gymnastics equipment
• Pre-trip waiver form for each participant
   

Note: Transportation to be arranged by the group. A parent consent waiver is required one week before your visit.

Q: What group sizes do you accept?

A: Groups of 10–40 kids. For larger groups, we can split into multiple sessions.

Q: Do kids need prior gymnastics experience?

A: No experience is needed—participants of all skill levels are welcome and guided accordingly.

Q: What about safety and supervision?

A: Each group is supervised 1:8 or better by certified coaches. Waivers and a safety briefing are mandatory. 

Q: Can we tailor the session for curriculum needs?

A: Absolutely—just let us know your goals, and we’ll customize stations and activities.
