Classes

Our Winter session is a 14 week program running from January 6th - April 19th.

Please Note:

*A Gymnastics Ontario annual membership fee of $48+HST is also required. (Term July 2024-June 2025)

*We are closed Monday February 17th for Family Day & Friday April 18th for Good Friday. 

*There are no classes the week of March Break (March 10th - 15th).

Our Fall session is a 15 week program running from September 9th - December 21st.

Parent & Tot

This Parent & Tot program is designed to develop gross motor skills in a safe and fun environment. Circuits and modified apparatus are used to teach children skills such as rolls, swinging, jumping, climbing and balancing. These skills begin the process of body awareness and physical development. We encourage participation through socialization skills and parent involvement. This class runs for 45 minutes. A parent or guardian is required to accompany their child in the gym for the 45 minute class. This is a great start to learning Gymnastics!

Kindergym
A fun start to gymnastics.  Children begin to learn basic gymnastics skills on a variety of gymnastics equipment including bars, beam, vault and floor. The children work on developing their balance, flexibility, strength and coordination.  This class is fun and active.  A great start to gymnastics! 

Kindergym Plus
A step up from our kindergym class, this class is for children aged 4-5, and we begin to work on further progressing skills worked in the kindergym class.

Recreational 
Children learn and develop gymnastics skills on a variety of equipment including bars, floor, vault and beam. Children develop their balance, flexibility, strength and coordination.  The class focuses on individual needs helping all gymnasts strive for their full potential.  

Recreational Plus
This class is an advanced recreational class, focusing on more challenging skills and improving existing skills on bars, beam, vault and floor.

Advanced
This class is an invite only class and is for children working towards challenging gymnastics skills.  If you feel that this class is most suitable for your child please contact Aspire to arrange a skills test.

Class Information
In the event of a class cancellation due to issues that are out of the clubs control (eg: inclement weather), an alternative class will not be scheduled. 

​Cancelation Policy

​In the event that you wish to cancel your registration the Ontario Gymnastics membership fee is not refundable. Also a $30+HST administration charge will be applied unless a medical note is provided. 

​In the event that we have to close again due to a pandemic, a credit will be issued for all remaining classes that can be used in any future programs. If you require a refund then the $30+HST administration fee will be charged to cover the fees for online registration and credit card payments.
